The Dharma bell is made in Japan, where it is used at the start and end of meditations. It is used in the same way as the keizu bell, giving a light blow with a mallet on the edge. – At home, its clear and crystal-clear sound is an invitation to practice mindfulness, calm emotions and calm the mind. – According to Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese monk known throughout the world, “we all have tranquility, peace and joy in us but we must invoke them so that they will manifest.
